silence, stillness, sleeplessness
silence.. namaaz, howling of the dogs, an occasional flight,
stillness.. rickshaw engines warming up, the watchman's lathi,
sleeplessness.. diluting colour of the sky, three lit rooms in the opposite building,
silence, stillness, sleeplessness, alertness, peacefulness...
alertness.. flashes of the past, curiosity of the dawning day,
peacefulness.. moments of truth, connection within
silence, stillness, sleeplessness, alertness, peacefulness...finally sleep.

i suggest fix yourself a stiff drink.

i am always surprised at posts like this, th emarvel of the written word.
