Facebook App
Insight: I'm addicted to Facebook.
Symptoms: I have liked hundreds of subjects and pages.
Read everything published.
Like practically 80% of what I see
Share with all or with tagging everything I relate with people.
Take every personality teat that pops up.
I'm sure people have blocked/unfriended/unfollowed me by now.
I'm sure it's a disorder. And I'm sure it has a terminology.
Need to let go.
Action: I have deleted the app icon from my phone desktop.
Objective: Observe Moderation. Let go.
Result: (anticipated within a week)
Update 26.10.
It sure is an effort to go to the app list and onto Facebook.
I do think, that instances on being on the page are definitely lesser than before.. But duration??
What did I miss?? Definitely no updates, definitely no birthday wishes.
I missed reading up full articles from scoop woop.
Damn - need to monitor and update again after a week.

Definitely lesser incidence of getting onto Facebook.
When at leisure, I spend more time on the app.
Conscious about "reading" articles.. Hence have figured out the missing feeling on the content.
Decision: Will keep it off the screen.
